Graduation time is here again and here is an easy and elegant card 5" card.
Here is the RECIPE: Beginner to intermediate
Cricut Expression Machine
Cricut Cartridges: Damask Decor (for card and white overlay), Wrap It Up (cap, word)Cardstock: royal blue, black and white
Patterned paper: The Best of K & Company paper pack
Chalk Ink: I inked the edges of the white overlay in blue
Bling: Blue metal button, 1 rhinestone (both on cap)
The Card was only shaped on one end so after I adhered the white overlay, I cut the rest of the card out to match the end. Liked it much better that way. Spray adhesive works best with the Damask Decor overlays because they are so intricate. I use a photo safe adhesive spray from 3M...it is super tacky! Enjoy and thanks for taking the time to look!
