Loved you Yesterday, Love you Still

Hi Good Friends and Paper Craftin' Addicts ( like me;)  It is a rainy, overcast day here in the Rocky Mountains and a good time to stay in and play!  I have FINALLY colored my first digi.  Not sure if this is my thing lol, but I gave it a good try!  So here is another Valentine for you, but I think it would also be great for an Anniversary card...

The lovely ladies at Nutcrafters supplied a digi for their currant challenge for everyone to use. It is such a sweet couple, don't you think.  The background heart paper is from K & Company, cardstock from Coredinations, I used the scalloped heart from the Cricut Wedding cartridge (it is an older cart), and Swiss Dots cuttlebug embossing folder.  The crinkle ribbon is my own hand dyed creation, A sweet doily underneath, Ink is Pink Petunia from Versamagic, 2 different colored heart buttons and the font is Pea Amy.  I am entering this card in the following challenges:
Thanks for stopping by and visiting for a bit!  I am gonna try to get one more valentine done this week as there are SO many wonderful challenges out there in blogland!  Hope this week is going great for all of you...Here's a Hug full of Hearts for you!!!

Great job with the digi Cindy, they aren't my cup of tea much eitehr, I use them once in a while, but not often, I know some people who really like them, so I guess to each their own, that's what makes us all unique in our crafting styles. Thanks for playing with us at Come and Get It.

Cindy your Valentine is so sweet! I'm not a digi person either. When I have to use one, I usually cheat and buy a precolored one LOL. I agree with you. I think this card could also be an Anniversary card. Nice job!
hugs,
Ellen

Yay- first digi! I also have recently started trying these after years of rubber stamping and am enjoying both the possibilities and the restrictions.Ultimately, it's what you do with it; and what you've done with it is lovely. With Valentines Day and your anniversary within a week of each other, hope you're feeling all loved up right now!
